To ensure your rights, we outline our store policies for you, dear lady.

Abayas

Purchase and Return Policy:

• Abayas cannot be exchanged or returned because they are custom-made for the client and not ready-made (except if the mistake is from our side).
• The abaya is tailored within 10 to 20 business days.
• It is shipped via SMSA within 1 to 4 days.
• Tamara orders are canceled and refunded through Tamara.

Choosing the wrong size is your responsibility, so please make sure of your measurements before ordering.

You can cancel the order within 12 hours only.

If the product reaches the client and within 48 hours, the store bears all product-related errors provided there is no misuse from the client. The store will handle the return and modification of the product or compensate the client with the full amount paid within 5 business days.
